SikaTop Seal-107 is a waterproofing product for blocking water on concrete, masonry, roofs, tanks, or basements. It suits roofs, basements, tanks, and wet areas, and similar site work. Use it when your project needs water resistance. Read the product data sheet. Follow the site method.

Packaging
25 kg set: 5 kg can of Component A (white liquid) + 20 kg bag of Component B (grey powder). Shelf life 6 months in unopened packaging, stored at +5 to +35 degrees C away from sunlight and moisture.

What is the coverage of SikaTop-107 Seal PK?
Consumption is approximately 1 kg per square metre per coat, with a minimum of 2 coats required for waterproofing (per the official Product Data Sheet, May 2026). One 25 kg set yields about 12 litres of mortar. In areas of severe water penetration, 3 coats may be required.
Can I fix tiles over SikaTop-107 Seal PK?
Yes. The official data sheet specifies using Sika TileFix-200 TA, applied within a maximum of 48 hours after the brush-applied finish coat for optimum results.
How is SikaTop-107 Seal PK applied?
By brush or trowel. Mix Component B powder into half of Component A liquid, mix 2 to 3 minutes with a slow-speed mixer, then add the rest of A. Apply the first coat on a pre-wetted, damp substrate. Pot life is about 50 minutes at 25 degrees C.
