SikaTop®-107 Seal PK is a 2-component, pre-dosed, ready-to-use waterproofing slurry based on resin-modified cementitious material. It is used for internal and external waterproofing and damp-proofing of concrete, mortar, brickwork and steel.

Store in original unopened packaging in cool, dry conditions between +5 C and +35 C. Protect from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Minimum 6 months from production date (correctly stored).
Concrete, mortar and brickwork must be sound, clean and free of oil, grease, dust and laitance. Thoroughly water absorbent substrates so they are damp before the first coat. Steel/iron must be clean and free of oil, grease and rust.
Pour half of component A (liquid) into the vessel, add all of component B (powder) and mix to a uniform slurry. Add the remaining component A and mix again to a lump-free mixture using a slow-speed mixer for 2 to 3 minutes. For trowel application use only 90% of component A.
Apply the first coat onto the still-damp, pre-wetted substrate. By brush use synthetic bristles (rubber slide or push-broom on horizontal surfaces); by trowel use a 3 mm tooth trowel.
Apply the second coat once the first has begun to set and can support it, usually after 2 to 6 hours depending on climate (maximum waiting time 48 hours). Apply crosswise to the first coat; minimum two coats, three in areas of severe water penetration.
Protect the fresh coating from direct sunlight, strong wind, rain and water splashes until hardened (approx. 6 hours) using damp hessian or plastic sheet. Clean tools with clean water immediately; hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
