Sikadur® ADH 2200 is a non-slumping epoxy bedding compound and adhesive. It is a two-pack, fine-aggregate-filled, fast-curing material for bedding, gap filling and concrete repair. Stiff but easily workable, it can be applied by trowel, spatula or knife, does not shrink on curing, and develops high mechanical strength greater than that of concrete.

Store under cover, out of direct sunlight and protected from temperature extremes. In tropical climates store in an air-conditioned environment.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Substrate Preparation

Remove all loose particles, laitance, dust and grease. The substrate must be clean, sound and durable before applying Sikadur ADH 2200.

Mixing

Mix the two components thoroughly in the supplied proportions to a uniform colour and consistency. Mix only the quantity usable within the pot life.

03
Application

Apply the stiff mortar by trowel, spatula or knife, compacting well into the repair or bedding area. The non-slump consistency allows vertical and overhead work without formwork.

Finishing & Curing

Shape and finish the mortar before it sets. Allow to cure undisturbed; the product cures without shrinkage and is serviceable from below freezing up to 60 C.

Cleaning

Clean tools with a suitable Sika cleaner before the mortar hardens; cured material can only be removed mechanically.
