Prepare the concrete and expose/clean steel reinforcement as required by the repair system. For a bonding primer, thoroughly pre-wet the substrate about 2 hours before application and keep it wet; remove excess water so the surface appears dark matt without glistening.

Pour the recommended water into a clean container. While stirring slowly with a low-speed (<500 rpm) mixer (or by hand for small quantities), add the powder and mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes.

Apply 2 coats of freshly mixed slurry onto prepared steel reinforcement, ensuring the back of the bars is also coated, at a minimum thickness of about 2 mm.

Using a clean brush, roller or spray, cover the substrate in a thin layer filling all pits and voids, then apply the patch repair mortar wet-on-wet.

Clean tools with water immediately after use. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
