Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from direct sunlight and frost. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.
Formwork must be clean and free from old release agent build-up, dust, rust and concrete residue.
Apply a thin, even film to the formwork face using a brush, roller or spray. Avoid ponding or excess, which can affect the concrete surface.
Place concrete after the release film has been applied. Do not over-apply, as excess can cause surface defects.
Strike the formwork at the appropriate time; the release agent provides clean, easy release of the mould.
Reapply a fresh thin film before each reuse of the formwork.
