SikaMould BA Concentrate 1:39

Dilute the concentrate with clean water at approximately 1:39 (or as specified on the packaging/PDS), mixing to a uniform emulsion before use.

Formwork must be clean and free from old release agent build-up, dust, rust and concrete residue.

Apply a thin, even film to the formwork face using a brush, roller or spray. Avoid ponding or excess, which can affect the concrete surface.

Place concrete after the release film has been applied. Do not over-apply, as excess can cause surface defects.

Strike the formwork at the appropriate time; the release agent provides clean, easy release of the mould.
