Sika MonoTop®-612 — One-Component, Fibre-Reinforced, Silica-Fume Structural Repair Mortar (EN 1504-3 R3)
Sika MonoTop®-612 is a one-component, fibre-reinforced, cementitious structural repair mortar containing silica fume, meeting the requirements of Class R3 of EN 1504-3. Mixed with water only, it is suitable for hand and wet-spray application, including overhead and vertical surfaces, and is used to repair and reprofile all types of concrete structures.

Storage
Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.
Application guide
Application guide (5 easy steps)
- Substrate PreparationRemove damaged and carbonated concrete and expose/clean reinforcement to the required standard. Roughen the substrate and repair to a sound base; apply reinforcement protection and bonding primer where specified.
- Pre-WettingPre-wet the prepared substrate to a saturated surface-dry condition before application.
- MixingAdd the powder to the recommended quantity of clean water and mix with a low-speed mixer for at least 3 minutes to a uniform, workable consistency.
- ApplicationApply by hand (trowel) or wet-spray, working the mortar well into the substrate and building up to the required thickness in layers where necessary.
- Finishing & CuringFinish to the required profile and cure properly, especially in hot conditions, to prevent premature drying and shrinkage.
