Remove damaged and carbonated concrete and expose/clean reinforcement to the required standard. Roughen the substrate and repair to a sound base; apply reinforcement protection and bonding primer where specified.

Pre-wet the prepared substrate to a saturated surface-dry condition before application.

Add the powder to the recommended quantity of clean water and mix with a low-speed mixer for at least 3 minutes to a uniform, workable consistency.

Apply by hand (trowel) or wet-spray, working the mortar well into the substrate and building up to the required thickness in layers where necessary.

Finish to the required profile and cure properly, especially in hot conditions, to prevent premature drying and shrinkage.
