Storage

Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

01
Substrate Preparation

The substrate must be sound, clean and free from dust, laitance, oil and loose material. Repair defects and allow new concrete/repairs to cure; fill blowholes with a suitable levelling product where required.

Priming

Apply the appropriate Sika primer where the substrate or conditions require it, and allow the correct waiting time.

Mixing

Stir the coating thoroughly to a uniform consistency; adjust with a small amount of clean water for the first coat only if specified.

04
Application

Apply by brush, roller or airless spray in the specified number of coats to achieve the required dry film thickness and crack-bridging performance.

05
Curing

Protect from rain until the film has dried, and allow to cure fully to develop its elastic and protective properties.
