Storage

Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from frost and direct sunlight. Refer to the PDS for exact storage temperature and shelf life.

Application Guide (5 Easy Steps)

Assessment & Packers

Assess the crack and install injection packers at appropriate spacing along its length.

Mixing / Equipment

Use a suitable two-component injection pump (or pre-mix per the PDS). Keep the components at the correct ratio and temperature.

Injection

Inject the resin through the packers under controlled pressure to fill the crack fully.

04
Control

Work systematically along the crack, monitoring for resin emergence at adjacent packers to confirm fill.

05
Finishing

After cure, remove packers and make good. Clean equipment promptly with the recommended cleaner.
